We recruiting for an international MRO to fill the position of AOG Controller. This is a high-impact role at the heart of operational recovery.

The AOG Controller is responsible for managing Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events, late departures, and significant inbound defect cases. Acting as the central coordinator, you will work closely with technical teams, operations control, and external stakeholders to ensure rapid aircraft recovery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. The role involves incident assessment, cross-functional alignment, real-time progress tracking, and clear shift handovers, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with solid exposure to maintenance control or line operations. You should demonstrate excellent decision-making skills, a calm and assertive communication style, and the ability to manage high-stakes scenarios with confidence. A strong customer focus, collaborative mindset, and ability to influence stakeholders are essential in delivering successful recovery outcomes.
