We are seeking a highly experienced Project Controller to oversee and manage end-to-end base maintenance projects within a commercial aviation environment. The role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of assigned maintenance tasks while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards. This individual will act as the primary coordination point across engineering, planning, and technical teams, and will be responsible for operational decisions, technical oversight, and performance monitoring.

The Project Controller plays a pivotal role in driving safety culture, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading a team of engineers and mechanics, conducting investigations into incidents or maintenance issues, and working closely with safety and quality departments to implement corrective and preventive measures. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions that enhance productivity and reduce operational risks. Detailed documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to performance KPIs are core to this position.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in aviation maintenance or project management, including at least 8 years in aircraft certification roles. A valid Aircraft Maintenance License is required, such as HKCAD, EASA, FAA, CAAS, DCAM, CAAC, or CASR B1.1 or B2, with appropriate type ratings. Holding a Category C license is highly advantageous. A degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in English, are essential for success in this high-responsibility role.
