We are representing a global aviation engine organisation seeking an experienced SAP MRO Specialist to support a major systems enhancement programme on a 2-year contract. This role sits at the intersection of operations and technology, ensuring SAP PM/MM and MES solutions effectively support complex MRO and supply chain environments.

You will identify gaps between current business processes and SAP functionalities (including S/4HANA), and recommend practical system enhancements to optimise maintenance and supply chain workflows. Working closely with line managers and business stakeholders, you will facilitate blueprint workshops, coordinate UAT, oversee training and data migration activities, and manage change during system rollout. You will also collaborate on the design of additional MES solutions such as iMRO to strengthen daily execution capability. Post go-live, you will support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise system value and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, with at least five years of hands-on SAP PM/MM project experience, including exposure to full ERP lifecycle phases. Prior experience within MRO, aviation or engineering industries is highly preferred, along with familiarity with MES platforms such as iMRO. You are structured, stakeholder-oriented, and able to communicate clearly across technical and operational teams.
