Our client is hiring a Senior Director, Sourcing, based in Hong Kong, to lead regional sourcing operations for a prominent fashion trading office supporting top-tier women’s fashion brands in the U.S. market. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep experience across design, product development, fabric sourcing, and merchandising.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing functions—evaluating and developing vendor capability, ensuring product quality, and aligning collections to client expectations and timelines. A key focus is on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers across Southeast Asia, while staying current with global trade policies. The ability to lead teams, drive efficiency, and identify growth opportunities is essential.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Textile, Clothing, or related fields, with 15+ years’ experience in apparel sourcing, ideally with exposure to U.S. markets. A track record of managing offshore vendors, excellent stakeholder communication, and fluency in English is required, and Chinese language proficiency is an advantage. Occasional travel is expected.
