We are seeking a versatile, hands-on quality and operations professional to support our regional Asia team in overseeing factory operations in Cambodia. This role is ideal for a local candidate who is proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills in Khmer, English, and Chinese. As the primary liaison between the regional office and local manufacturing partners, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production and quality reports (DDR, DPR, and wastage), monitoring production schedules, conducting monthly inventory checks, and performing regular factory walk-throughs using agreed checklists. You will ensure compliance with production control procedures, support feedback follow-up from regional team visits, and maintain a visible presence on-site to monitor lead time adherence and operational consistency.

The role also involves supporting development trials by collecting and labelling samples, gathering feedback, and identifying potential cost or process-related issues. You will contribute to waste reduction efforts, analyse local rejects to identify root causes, and follow up on compliance issues under the guidance of the Asia QA lead. Your ability to interpret production floor dynamics and provide clear, actionable insights will be key to success. Rather than focusing on product inspection, you will support the improvement of systems, training, and reporting to help drive long-term factory performance.

Experience in polymer-based product manufacturing or footwear production is highly desirable, especially in roles involving quality assurance, production support, or product development.
