We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and ownership of a comprehensive asset management system within a maintenance, repair, and overhaul environment. This system will cover a wide variety of critical assets, including maintenance stands, ground support equipment, calibrated tools, and facilities infrastructure. A core responsibility of the role is to ensure the asset management framework is aligned with ISO 55001 standards and is capable of managing the full lifecycle of diverse asset categories. Following successful implementation, the specialist will continue to lead its optimisation and ensure it supports preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, operational performance, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years’ experience in asset management or maintenance operations, preferably within an aviation or industrial setting. They should have proven success in implementing or managing asset management platforms such as CMMS or EAM systems, and be confident working with complex asset hierarchies and varied equipment types. A strong understanding of ISO 55001 compliance, data management, and maintenance strategies is essential. Candidates must also be able to work collaboratively across departments, lead technical documentation and training, and generate performance reports that support operational decision-making.

A degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications such as IAM or CAMA. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills are critical to success in this role.
