We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales and Business Development Director to drive expansion across Southeast Asia for an international aviation group. This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the region, combining strategic responsibility with the scope to shape market presence from the ground up.
In this position, you will lead sales development across assigned territories, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities while strengthening relationships with major airlines, MROs, and aviation service providers. You will analyze market trends, economic indicators, and supply-demand dynamics to implement effective strategies, while negotiating long-term agreements such as Power by the Hour contracts. As a key member of the global sales team, you will contribute local insights to broader strategy and collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure regional alignment and success. Representing the brand in the market, you will build influence, establish networks, and drive both top-line growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will bring proven B2B sales success, ideally within aviation aftermarket or aerospace, alongside strong networks and market knowledge in Southeast Asia. Multi-market exposure is a plus. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset—resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working within a matrix organization. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, with a focus on building long-term partnerships. Strategic thinking, organizational strength, and the ability to multitask under deadlines will be key, as well as a willingness to travel extensively across the region.
