A global aviation organization in Asia is seeking an accomplished General Manager, Safety & Quality to lead a critical function at the heart of its operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will shape and oversee all aspects of safety and quality management, ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the business.

The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in MRO or airline safety and quality, with strong experience with global NAAs audit processes including EASA is essential. You will manage and enhance the Safety & Quality Management System, lead audits and risk assessments, and provide independent guidance to senior leadership. Building trusted relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders will be central to the role, alongside ensuring effective incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.

We are looking for a proactive, preventive, and forward-looking leader who inspires their team and sets the benchmark for excellence. With at least ten years of aviation or aircraft engineering experience, including five years in management, you will combine technical authority with the ability to develop and motivate others. A degree in engineering or a related discipline is advantageous, and holding an aircraft maintenance license or design authorization will be highly regarded. Fluency in English is essential.
