We are partnering with a well-established international manufacturer and brand owner in safety, first aid, and medical solutions, supplying high-quality products to global B2B customers across sectors such as aviation, retail, and industrials. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead growth across Southeast Asia, with exposure to the broader APAC and Middle East markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence through distributors, partners, and key corporate accounts. You will play a key role in building sales pipelines, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening relationships with major B2B clients, including airlines, large construction groups, and multinational corporations. Working closely with global business unit leaders, you will also contribute to pricing strategies, product positioning, and overall commercial direction in the region.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in sales within first aid, medical devices, or related consumer/industrial product categories. Experience working with distributors and managing regional partnerships is essential, along with proven success in new market development and achieving sales targets. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for first aid or medical products (such as FDA, MDA, or equivalent regulations across APAC and the Middle East) would be a strong advantage. Regional exposure across multiple APAC or Middle Eastern markets is preferred, though not all regions are required.
You are commercially driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a remote environment, with strong capabilities in contract negotiation, sales planning, and relationship management. Fluency in English is required; additional Asian language skills (such as Mandarin) would be an advantage.
