Our client is a leading global aviation services provider seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to support and develop strategic customer relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a highly visible customer-facing role responsible for ensuring service excellence, commercial performance, and long-term partnership growth for key aviation accounts. Regular international travel will be required to maintain close engagement with customers and support business objectives.

As the primary commercial interface for assigned accounts, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing contract performance, coordinating service delivery, and driving revenue growth opportunities. Working closely with internal operational, technical, and commercial teams, you will ensure contractual commitments are achieved while identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance. The role also involves leading business reviews, supporting contract negotiations, developing commercial proposals, and identifying opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related discipline, together with experience in account management, customer relations, technical sales, aircraft maintenance, component support, MRO services, or aviation supply chain operations. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, financial analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to work effectively across multicultural environments. Experience within airlines, MRO organisations, aerospace manufacturers, aviation component services, or related technical industries will be highly regarded.

Fluency in English is required. Additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and commercially driven professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and is willing to undertake regular regional travel to support strategically important customer relationships.
