- Lead New Product Industrialisation.
Optimise Injection Moulding & Manufacturing Processes.
- Shape the Future of Advanced Polymer Technology.

Are you passionate about transforming innovative product designs into robust, high-volume manufacturing solutions?

We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Process Engineer to join a global advanced materials technology company. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing next-generation polymer products, working closely with engineering teams and manufacturing partners to bring new products from concept through to mass production.

Based in Shenzhen, you will work closely with manufacturing partners across Southern China while collaborating with international engineering teams to deliver world-class manufacturing performance.

You will play a pivotal role in bringing new products into production by supporting every stage of the industrialisation process. Working closely with product development teams and manufacturing partners, you will evaluate product designs for manufacturability, optimise injection moulding processes, and ensure successful production scale-up.
As the technical expert on the ground, you will monitor manufacturing performance, troubleshoot process and tooling issues, conduct structured root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvements to quality, efficiency and productivity. You will also collaborate with suppliers on tooling improvements, process validation and manufacturing best practices, ensuring products consistently meet performance and quality expectations.

You are a hands-on manufacturing or process engineer with 5–10 years of experience in injection moulding, manufacturing engineering or product industrialisation. You have a strong understanding of injection moulding processes, tooling and manufacturing parameters, and enjoy solving technical challenges on the production floor.

You will have experience working with polymer materials, including engineering plastics, elastomers or flexible polymer materials. Exposure to materials such as TPE, TPU, silicone, or similar materials used in injection moulding applications would be highly advantageous.

You are familiar with SolidWorks and able to review engineering models and tooling designs, with a working knowledge of Moldflow simulation and the ability to interpret simulation results. Experience in conducting root cause analysis, structured problem solving and process optimisation is essential, while exposure to Design of Experiments (DOE) and continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous.

You are comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners. Basic English reading and writing skills are required, while spoken English would be beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised technology company at the forefront of advanced polymer innovation. You will have the chance to work on cutting-edge products, influence new product launches from concept to production, and collaborate with talented engineering teams across an international manufacturing environment.
